This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and collects no personal information. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security, for a limited period.

When you email us

If you email us or join the free trial waitlist, we use your name, company, email address and message only to reply and to contact you about the trial. We don't add you to a mailing list or share your details.

Jobs you send us

If you send us jobs to be coded and priced, we act as your processor and use them only for that comparison. We never share them with another customer, and we delete them within 30 days of sending your results back. The details are on how we handle the jobs you send us.

Our products

How we handle customer data in Chordata QS and Chordata Capture is set out in each customer's agreement with us. We never share a customer's jobs, prices, rates or documents with anyone else.

Chordata Software is a trading name of Ciall Group Ltd, registered in Northern Ireland, company number NI734722, VAT number GB504702034. We are the data controller for this website.
